Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your product.
Our products are custom made and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please email us to make things right for you by returning the item and issuing a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we made a mistake or if the product is defective, then we will cover the return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@photomemorybracelet.com and put your order number in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or have any issues.If you order has a defect or damage issue, we will replace the item and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method on the same or next business day. Although we process the refund right away, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We have no control over the credit card processors time frame.
