Shipping policy

Our photo projection products are customized for you and will take up to 2 weeks to receive in the USA, Canada, UK and Australia.  Other countries could take 3 to 4 weeks to receive depending on your mail carrier.

• You will receive tracking info for your package in 3 to 5 days after placing your order.
• Please give it a few days after receiving your tracking number to track your order.
• We ship by USPS Ground Advantage in the US and if it looks like your package hasn't moved in a couple of days, it's because it is on a truck to your destination.
